Internet Marketing

Our Internet marketing package offers a number of advantages to clients needing to 'be seen' on the web. Unfortunately your bright shiny new website will not instantly go to the top of the Google search pages. A Google search for 'shoe repairs' in the UK comes up with 257,000 results - if your shoe repair business is not in the top ten or one of the Google sponsored links then your website is invisible to your potential client.

The fact is that it may take months or even years for your website to percolate its way to the top part of the Google tree.

We aim to help improve the ranking of our clients sites while maintaining an effective paid advertising campaign.

Please look at our page on Search Engine Optimisation for more information.

Google Advertising Campaign Management

Advertising on Google can be complex. We have a series of pages available detailing the structure and workings of a Google adverting account.:

We manage our clients advertising PPC (Pay Per Click) campaigns on Google. When we first receive an enquiry from a customer we run some test scenarios to see if Google advertising is viable on the 'keywords' (Google search words) that the client provides. We will then send a report to the client detailing how much we think they need to invest on a monthly basis to run a successful campaign. In some cases Google advertising would not be beneficial to the clients and we will inform you accordingly.

We will suggest a maximum daily budget. Once the client agrees to our proposal and payment for the first quarter's advertising is received, we will start the campaign. Our proprietary in-house software helps us to produce a comprehensive list of advertising keywords to base our campaigns on, but we do not rely only on this software we will use a variety of techniques to ensure that our clients achieve the best possible return on their investment.

Reporting

We will provide the following monthly reports / activities:

Campaign report

Advice to client on their current Google ad campaign. Does the daily budget need to be adjusted? Is the CPC (Cost Per Click) too high or too low? Are ads needed on targeted sites? Do the client’s keywords need to be changed or added to?

Google Ad Campaign Report

Reports on Google Ad Campaigns for current month and previous history comparison
Number of impressions (Times ad shown)
Clicks on ads
CTR (Click through rate)
Costs incurred

Competitors Report

Report on competitors search ranking results using clients targeted keywords. We will investigate the 'top ten' sites shown by Google using a selection of the clients keywords to determine competitors.

Website Links Check Report

Check that all links out from client’s website are still active and advise client of action needed.

Search Engine Submissions

If the client advises us of any changes to their website we will re-submit their sites to all the relevant search engines for inclusion.

We will also carefully monitor other search engine company advertising schemes – i.e. Yahoo Sponsored results, Overture, etc. and advise clients accordingly.

The Agreement

We have made this as simple as possible. An effective campaign would need to run for at least three months to see any benefit, so we invoice our clients every three months. If the client wishes to carry on with the campaign the invoice is paid before the due date, if not the campaign is cancelled.

No action will be taken to start the campaign until invoices are paid by the client.

Invoicing will be quarterly - 30 days in advance of the due date. If the invoice is not paid prior to the due date, the advertising campaign on Google will cease.

If we feel that Google (or other search engine company) advertising would not be beneficial or too expensive for your company we WILL let you know. If you decide to not proceed with Pay Per Click marketing following our initial report there will be no charge.
